Have you ever wondered what goes on at a yoga class or how circuits can improve your core strength? Take your team on a half day of fitness fun, where you will be experience a taste of several popular fitness disciplines, such as boxing using focus pads and gloves; circuit training; yoga and even how to achieve a ‘six pack’ in eight weeks! This is an ideal program to break up those long 'corporate events' and is good for Corporate development, Learning and development or as unique Conference activities.

The session will also include a series of stretches, all geared at increasing your range of movement. A nutritionist will prepare a delicious and healthy lunch following your fitness fling and chat to you about food labeling and the differences between fat and sugars and which one is the fastest to burn off! This will not only improve your knowledge of healthy food purchases but give you the inspiration to try out a new fitness class. Vita Life is a half day session, including lunch and nutritional chat.
