The session will also include a series of stretches, all geared at increasing your range of movement. A nutritionist will prepare a delicious and healthy lunch following your fitness fling and chat to you about food labeling and the differences between fat and sugars and which one is the fastest to burn off! This will not only improve your knowledge of healthy food purchases but give you the inspiration to try out a new fitness class. Vita Life is a half day session, including lunch and nutritional chat. |
