Tribal Council

Time Required: 1 – 2 hours

Participants: up to 30
We have all heard of the TV show “Survivor”, which includes a Tribal Council at the end of each day. To complete your team building event we will provide your delegates with the opportunity to experience a Tribal Council with a positive twist.

After the evening meal, we will ask delegates to make their way to the “Tribal Council” area. Each delegate will be provided with a Tiki Torch and follow a path of lit torches to the Tribal Council area (to the theme music of Survivor).

Your host for Tribal Council will then debrief the afternoon activities posing questions to each team about; team performance, individual performers, leaders, contribution, difficulties faced etc.

Each individual will then be asked to vote for the "most valuable member of their team”.

Votes will be tallied and prizes will be awarded. At the conclusion of Tribal Council, delegates will be asked to present their Tiki Torches and come forward to have their flame extinguished; this will signify the end of Tribal Council. Fun, drama and a great way to close your workshop and terrific for Team building, Team bonding, Corporate training, Corporate development, Learning and development, Conference activities or Corporate events.
