Jab Boxing

Time Required: 1 hour

Participants: up to 50

Whether you’re a Jane Fonda or a Muhammad Ali fan, JAB Boxing, is guaranteed to give you a great work-out and lots of laughs! Groups work in pairs using boxing gloves and focus pads and learn basic boxing moves – jab, cross, hook and rips! This session would suit people of all ages with an average level of fitness.

No prior experience is required and it is a great way to start or end the day. The activity runs for just over an hour and is facilitated by two instructors, one a former amateur boxer.

An ideal way to break up those long corporate events or conferences whilst improving on team building and team bonding.
