Rick started his career off as a Commando in the Australian Army. The training and skills he learnt have provided him with a unique understanding of the importance of principled leadership and teamwork. He then left to follow his adventurous spirit working as an Adventure Guide in New Zealand, Canada and Alaska rafting rivers, climbing mountains and filming wildlife.

He has built the PNF team to specialise in Team building, Team bonding, Corporate training, Corporate development, Learning and development, Conference activities, Corporate events and more.

Catherine has extensive training, facilitation, human resources and change management experience having previously worked for a large finance company and as a freelance management consultant. Her skills range from change management, project management training needs analysis, instructional design, training evaluation and facilitation. She specialises in development training i.e Management, sales and service training and so fits into the area of Team building, Team bonding, Corporate training, Corporate development, Learning and development, Conference activities and Corporate events perfectly.

Glenn comes to PNF Learning and Development after nearly 20 years in the NSW Police Force where he worked as a General Duties officer and more recently as an Intelligence Officer.

After leaving the Police Force he qualified as a Sea Kayak Instructor, and started a Sea Kayak and Mountain Bike tour company called Xterra Adventures.

Andrew has a keen interest in all areas of personal development and education. Over the last 18 years he has worked designing and running programs for groups including children, youth, young adults, university students, long term unemployed and corporate professionals.

Delivering appropriate and useful programs always taking into account the needs of each participant and utilising, wherever possible, experiential education methods, is a priority.

Through training and development Andrew is dedicated to promoting a balanced and outward looking perspective of society fostering social responsibility as well as high achievement.
