 Time Required: 2 hrs – all day (dependant on your requirements)Participants: up to 100 For a team to be able to function effectively, team members must first be able to communicate with each other. Different people communicate differently and have different needs in the way they want to be communicated to. Team Building or Team Bonding is vital to your groups learning and development. When team members understand their own behavioural style and that of their team members and they are willing to adapt their own way of communicating the trust level will increase and the team can achieve more clarity and agreement about goals, values and roles. When planning your conference activities or corporate events consider our Team Building events. This workshop involves the completion and analysis of the DiSC Personal Profile.
