Sales and Customer Service Training

DiSC has applicability for sales and service training. By being able to recognize customers’ behaviour your staff can also learn to adapt their communication and behaviour. All it requires is to pay attention to the behaviour you are observing and to be “people literate”.

This workshop involves the completion and analysis of the DiSC Personal Profile.
