People behave differently because they have different needs, values and attitudes. Our conference activities and corporate events will enable you to increase the effectiveness of your management team.
Understanding the DiSC Model provides managers with an insight into why people behave differently and how to respond to those differences. This workshop involves the completion and analysis of the DiSC Personal Profile.
