At PNF we believe that learning and development programs should be specific to your required outcomes. We would be happy to meet with you in person (or via phone and email) to discuss your requirements and conduct a needs analysis so we are able to tailor a training program in line with your goals.
PNF uses the DiSC Behavioural Model as the basis for a number of our training programs. Developed to help people understand and maximize their behavioural style, we use this system to assess individual behaviour and communication styles to help you create a more efficient and effective workforce. Our programs, in the area of Team building, Team bonding, Corporate training, Corporate development, Learning and development, Conference activities and Corporate events, are designed to deliver tools that help you accurately describe your behavioural tendencies and for you to develop effective performance strategies based on this new insight into yourself and your teammates.
The DiSC Behavioural Model is one of the most widely used measures of behaviour being used in the workplace and the main strength, which has made this model so popular, is that it is jargon free and easy for people to understand and use. Since it measures behaviour not personality, it is ideally suited to workplace application. It is particularly useful in situations where you want people to have a better understanding of their behaviour and how it may impact on their relationships with others. Since the language of DiSC is non-judgmental, people are receptive to looking at their behaviour.

Participants: up to 100
For a team to be able to function effectively, team members must first be able to communicate with each other. Different people communicate differently and have different needs in the way they want to be communicated to. Team Building or Team Bonding is vital to your groups learning and development.
When team members understand their own behavioural style and that of their team members and they are willing to adapt their own way of communicating the trust level will increase and the team can achieve more clarity and agreement about goals, values and roles. Sales and Customer Service Training |
Time Required: 2 hrs – all day (dependant on your requirements)
Participants: up to 100
DiSC has applicability for sales and service training. By being able to recognize customers’ behaviour your staff can also learn to adapt their communication and behaviour. All it requires is to pay attention to the behaviour you are observing and to be “people literate”.
